SS Properties is a real estate holding company that was founded in 2014 by Sachin Patel and Eric Scalese. The company was founded with the primary goal to provide affordable housing to those with limited resources and a blemished past in the Cleveland area. Both Sachin and Eric are from Cleveland and fully embrace the story of the underdog. They have amassed over 60 homes and two apartment buildings in the area. They work to acquire properties and then conduct a complete renovation. Their goal is to make Cleveland a place everyone is proud to call home regardless of their income, their neighborhood or their background. They know that starts with having a house you are proud of.

Sachin Patel, also a Managing Partner, has more than 11 years of experience in the industry and has hundreds of contacts ranging from realtors and commercial brokers to real estate investors with a national footprint. He truly believes that affordable housing should be something available to everyone and feels that the neglected are often the ones taken advantage of.

We are all about complete transparency. We find the promising projects and overestimate on the budget. We feel it is better to create a situation where we under promise and over deliver. Once a property is found that meets our specific parameters, we share everything from an operating budget down to the utility bill so our investors are confident that we can deliver.
